In the case that your trial expires and you did not have enough time to test the software, you can ask for an extension of your free trial.
For the most part, we can transfer some or all of your data from your current CRM into SCRM for a low fee. It is important to note that our ability to import your data depends on the capability of your existing CRM to export it in a way that is organized and well-structured. Regardless, our team will work closely with you to make it possible and painless.
Yes, we provide interactive instructor-led trainings via Zoom as part of the onboarding process. You can also request additional trainings at any time for a low fee.
