About the Job: 

This is a full-time position for a passionate, independent, and driven B2B Sales and Marketing Manager. The candidate will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for three brands – Cyzerg, Integrated Freight Systems, and Mindful Sprouts. The candidate will lead a high-performing team responsible for sales and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate deeply understands digital marketing, sales, and outbound sales.  


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Design and execute outbound sales campaigns, such as lead researching and cold calling, to generate leads and meetings/demos.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, paid campaigns, and more, to generate market demand and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales and marketing meetings to provide coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed KPIs consistently.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations for all team members.
  • Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and operational teams to ensure effective communication of product/service features and benefits.
  • Maintain and enhance the brands’ reputation.
  • Other duties as assigned.  


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing sales and marketing departments effectively.
  • Must have experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field. (Master’s in Business Administration preferred).
  • Hubspot and Google Ads experience is a plus. (Must possess experience using CRM tools).

  • Must be able to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST (8pm to 5am PHT)
