About the Job

We are seeking a confident and vibrant individual who can work under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong focus on acquiring and closing new accounts. He/she will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of leads, driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through new customer acquisition utilizing the Sales Pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
  • Providing product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our software offerings. 
  • Preparing power point presentations, quotes, and proposals
  • Assessing the needs and potential of prospective clients to determine if they are a good fit for the company’s software (SaaS) offerings. 
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Understanding & negotiating customer requirements mapping to the current application solution
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention and referral business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, directing them to the proper department if needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records, regular updates in CRM tool
  • Provide inputs for continuous upgrades of the product to meet industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information technology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English) a must. Spanish Nice to have
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals 
  • Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably within [SaaS, Warehouse Technology]
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients 
  • Proficiency in CRM software for lead management 
  • Market research and analysis skills 
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections 
  • Logistics domain experience will be an added advantage.
