Miami, Florida – Cyzerg today announced the extension of its technical support to 20 hours from their network operations center (NOC), effective on July 1, 2019. The company’s clients will soon be able to reach out for technical support between 7 AM and 3 AM, EST, Mondays to Saturdays.

Previously, Cyzerg extended its technical support service to 12 hours on August 2018. Now, they will be open for 20 full hours in order to better meet the needs of their clients.

“If we look at what’s happening with e-commerce, we’re seeing many warehouses and distribution centers having the need to operate longer hours,” said Hector Eduardo, Cyzerg’s Founder and CEO. “We want to make sure that they always have reliable technology and technical support personnel available regardless of the time and date.”


Cyzerg Extends Technical Support to 20-Hours


The new support hours is part of Cyzerg’s commitment to continually provide reliable and effective technical support to their clients when needed. This latest initiative is aimed to help warehouses gain a competitive advantage in the market and ensure full productivity within the facility as much as possible.

From 7 AM to 3 AM, EST, Cyzerg’s NOC team will be available to receive service requests while conducting proactive maintenance, system updates, health checks, and real-time monitoring.

And by Cyzerg proactively monitoring systems and providing longer technical support hours, their clients are able to uphold their promises to their customers and minimize the chances for delays.
